Eric earned a BSE in Engineering Physics from University of Michigan’s Nuclear Engineering Department in 1992, and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering (known as Course 22) from MIT in 1994.
In 1995 Eric embarked on a 20+ year enterprise-software consulting career wherein he worked on novel scientific projects for the defense industry, and multiple equity, commodity, and options trading & analysis projects for the financial industry. He conceived and invented the very first mobile trading platform for the commodity industry. The technology was acquired by the Intercontinental Exchange, the second largest commodity exchange in the world.
Over the past ten years, Eric has returned to the roots of physics to survey & study the most novel and promising physical theories he could identify for advanced propulsion, published over the past 25 years, with the objective of determining the handful of those that are correct and have commercial potential. His efforts are now focused on helping to lead the commercialization of those breakthrough ideas and expand the number of creative minds working on them exponentially – leading to more discovery.
